Connecting part-time property owners to their community is what Idyllwild Part timers Network is all about. IPN was created by a part-timer, to assist property owners, not living in Idyllwild “full-time” a platform to stay connected, informed and educated. We hold occasional "meet n greets" and cabin crawls throughout the year. Our "meet n greets" are an excellent time to meet up with old and new friends, as well as to gain insight into the educational component of each "M+G" with our guest speakers. To date our guest speakers have included Better Wildlife Control, Idyllwild Business Roundtable, Lemon Lily Festival, AC Propane and in October 2010, our guest speaker will be James Wentworth of Jadar Low Voltage. He will inform us of all the neat gadgets on the market intended to safe guard and maintain costs. Cabin Crawls are held in May of each year and are a fun way to see how fellow part timers spend their time while on the hill. In other words, networking with others is key to staying involved and making better informed decisions for our investments!

Jim and I purchased our Idyllwild Vacation Mountain Home back in 2002. Affectionately known as, The Corner Lodge in Idyllwild (http://www.thecornerlodgeinidyllwild.com), our mountain slice of heaven has been a journey in experiences…some great and some not so great. Inspired by both experiences, Idyllwild Part-timer’s Network (IPN) was created. It is my hope that anyone wishing to buy a second home or anyone who already has, will find this site informative and with purpose.
